At America's Xtreme Auto, we believe purchasing a branded title vehicle should be an exciting and confident experience—not a stressful one.
That's why we created the AX Confidence Warranty™, our complimentary limited warranty designed to give customers added peace of mind when purchasing qualifying branded title vehicles.
Unlike many dealerships that sell branded title vehicles AS-IS, qualifying vehicles purchased from America's Xtreme Auto include warranty protection on major vehicle components at no additional cost. Every qualifying vehicle undergoes a comprehensive inspection before being offered for sale, and our experienced technicians take pride in delivering dependable, road-ready vehicles.
For qualifying vehicles branded due to water or flood damage, the AX Confidence Warranty™ also includes limited warranty coverage for factory-installed electrical and electronic systems, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the warranty.

Whats included?
Every qualifying vehicle includes:
2 Months of Limited Warranty Coverage
OR
2,400 Miles from the mileage at delivery
Whichever occurs first. Coverage applies to warrantable failures resulting from defects in covered components under normal operation and proper maintenance.
Covered components
Engine
Coverage includes all internally lubricated engine components including the engine block and cylinder heads when damaged by the failure of a covered internal component.
Transmission
Coverage includes internal transmission components and the transmission housing when damaged by a covered internal failure.
Drive Axle
Coverage includes internally lubricated differential and axle components.
Transfer Case (4WD/AWD)
Coverage includes internally lubricated transfer case components and housing when damaged by a covered internal failure.
Seals & Gaskets
Covered only when replaced during the repair of a covered component. Stand-alone leaks are not covered.
Water & Flood Vehicle Coverage
For qualifying vehicles branded due to water or flood damage, the AX Confidence Warranty™ includes limited warranty coverage for factory-installed electrical and electronic systems, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of this warranty.

The AX Confidence Warranty™ is supported by both America's Xtreme Auto locations for your convenience.
If your vehicle requires a covered warranty repair, you may have it inspected and serviced at either dealership location, regardless of where you purchased your vehicle.
Whether you're visiting our Houston, Texas location or our Atlanta, Georgia location, you'll receive the same commitment to quality workmanship and customer care.
Warranty Deductible
Each approved warranty claim requires a $100 deductible per repair visit.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience a covered issue:
- Contact America's Xtreme Auto as soon as possible.
- Return the vehicle to either of our dealership locations for inspection.
- Our technicians will determine whether the repair qualifies under the AX Confidence Warranty™.
- If approved, we'll repair your vehicle using new, remanufactured, or quality recycled parts at our discretion.
Our goal is to get you safely back on the road as quickly as possible.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility:
- Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
- Use proper fluids and fuel.
- Stop driving the vehicle if a mechanical failure could cause additional damage.
- Notify America's Xtreme Auto promptly.
- Allow our technicians a reasonable amount of time to inspect and complete covered repairs.
Warranty Exclusions
The AX Confidence Warranty™ does not cover failures resulting from:
- Accidents or collisions
- Abuse or misuse
- Racing or competition
- Improper or insufficient maintenance
- Lack of lubrication
- Overheating caused by neglect
- Contaminated fuel
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic items
- Maintenance services
- Tires, batteries, brakes, belts, hoses, filters, fluids, glass, or upholstery
- Rental vehicles, towing, lodging, lost wages, or other incidental or consequential damages
Non-Transferable Coverage
The AX Confidence Warranty™ is provided exclusively to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
Qualifying Vehicles
Not every vehicle sold by America's Xtreme Auto includes the AX Confidence Warranty™. Eligible vehicles will clearly state: "AX Confidence Warranty™ – 2 Months / 2,400 Miles Included" on the FTC Buyer's Guide at the time of sale. Please ask your sales advisor whether the vehicle you're considering qualifies.
Extend Your Protection
For even greater peace of mind, many qualifying vehicles are eligible for extended vehicle service contracts that provide longer-term protection beyond the complimentary AX Confidence Warranty™. Ask one of our finance specialists about available coverage options.
